The Urban Development Department oversees land uses within the city limits of Sapulpa through administration of the comprehensive plan, zoning code, subdivision regulations, and engineer criteria. The staff works with the Sapulpa Planning Commission and City Council to process subdivision plats, hear zoning cases, and address other land uses as submitted by developers and citizens.
Urban Development staff works with the Board of Adjustments (BOA) to provide relief from provisions of the zoning code.
