Discuss and consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, amending the Sapulpa City Code Part 1, General Provisions, Chapter 2, Corporate and Ward Limits, by amending existing Section 1-202 providing for ward number and boundaries; designating ward limits map; providing that if any part or parts of this ordinance are held invalid or ineffective, the remaining portions shall not be affected; repealing all conflicting ordinances; and declaring an emergency.
