MEETING PROCEDURE: Comments from the Public are welcome at two different times during the course of the meeting: (1) Comments not scheduled on the Agenda will be heard under Public Comments - Agenda Items No. III; and (2) Comments on all scheduled Agenda Items will be heard immediately following the presentation by Staff or Petitioner. Please wait until you are recognized by the Chairman and keep comments as brief as possible. The Trustees will act on an Agenda Item after comments from the Staff and Public have been heard.

PUBLIC COMMENTS: The purpose of the Public Comments Section of the Agenda is for members of the public to speak to the Authority Board on any subject not scheduled on the Regular Agenda. Trustees shall make no decision or action, except to direct the Trust Manager to take action, or to schedule the matter for Trustees discussion at a later date. THOSE ADDRESSING THE TRUSTEES ARE REQUIRED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES BY NAME.

A. Consider a motion approving minutes of the Regular Authority Meeting of October 3, 2005.

CURRENT BUSINESS

 

A. Consider acknowledging Permit No. SL000019050996 for the

construction of 124 linear feet of twelve (12) inch PVC sanitary sewer

line, 1,550 linear feet of ten (10) inch PVC sanitary sewer line, 157

linear feet of ten (10) inch DIP sanitary sewer line and all appurtenances

to serve the Wickham Road Elementary School, City of Sapulpa, Creek

County, Oklahoma. [See Memo with City Agenda.]

APPROVALS AND ACCEPTANCES

 

A. Resolutions:

 

1. Consider adopting a Resolution of the City of Sapulpa, Oklahoma

and the Sapulpa Municipal Authority, Sapulpa, Oklahoma, amending the FY 2005-2006 Capital Improvement Fund (Fund 45) and Series 2000 Capital Improvement Construction Fund (Fund 94) Budgets to account for the anticipated resident project representative services expenses on the Wickham Road Elementary School Sewer Extension projects. [See Memo with City Agenda.]

 

B. Bid Awards:

 

1. Consider awarding the bid for Meter Replace Parts (brass) to the

following vendors as being the lowest, most responsive and

responsible bids.

Pioneer Supply, Inc. – Items 5, 6, 11, 13 14 and 15

Utility Supply, Inc. – Items 15, 32, 43, 44, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59 and 61

Water Products of Oklahoma, Inc. – Items 1 through 4, 6 through

12, 15 through 31, 33 through 42, 45 through 54, 60 and 62

C. Contracts:

 

1. Consider approving Amendment No. 1 to original agreement with

Tetra Tech FHC dated July 1, 2005, for Construction

Administration and Resident Project Representative Services on

the Wickham Road Elementary School Sewer Extension project.

 

2. Consider approving Amendment No. 3 to original Engineering

Services Agreement with Tetra Tech FHC dated May 19, 2003

to provide Construction Administration and Resident Project

Representative Services on the Lazy H Drainage Improvements
