Consider approving minutes of October 13, 2005.

 

b.

Discuss and consider recommending Council adoption of an Ordinance changing the corporate limits of the City of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, by de-annexing certain contiguous tracts of land in Section 5 and 6, Township 18 North, Range 12 East, Creek County,

Oklahoma, from the City limits of Sapulpa, Oklahoma,

Discuss and consider recommending Authority issuance of a Revenue Bond to fund one or more of the following needs:

    1. Bond Anticipation Notes for the Police Department

    ($200,000) and Water Plant ($215,000) construction

    projects.

      2. $275,000 in additional funding to fully match the $2,400,000

      FEMA Grant and thus continue the Flood Buy-Out Program

      until completed.

      3. $343,000 to $631,000 to assist with relocation of water and

      sewer utilities on West 66 Widening Project, depending on

      various funding scenarios as prepared by staff.

 

d.

Discuss and consider Debt Service Schedules associated with above projects.
