Discuss and consider recommending Authority issuance of a Revenue Bond to fund one or more of the following needs: 1. Bond Anticipation Notes for the Police Department ($200,000) and Water Plant ($215,000) construction projects. 2. $275,000 in additional funding to fully match the $2,400,000 FEMA Grant and thus continue the Flood Buy-Out Program until completed. 3. $343,000 to $631,000 to assist with relocation of water and sewer utilities on West 66 Widening Project, depending on various funding scenarios as prepared by staff. |
