C.     BUSINESS: 

1.     Discuss and consider a proposed Ordinance of the City of Sapulpa, amending the City Code to impose restrictions and regulations for the maintenance of storm-water runoff, and make recommendations to City Council concerning same.

2.    Discuss and consider a proposed Ordinance of the City of Sapulpa, amending the City Code to impose requirements for Residential Certificate of Occupancy, and make recommendations to City Council concerning same.

3.    Discuss and consider negotiations with Cherokee Hose for

placement of a public park on land in Tulsa County and make recommendations on same to City Council.

4.    Discuss and consider business owner’s petition requesting removal of the north side of the 100 block of East Lee Street from the Downtown Parking Ordinance.
