A.   Discuss Creek County Industrial Authority (CCIA) recruitment efforts of specific industrial prospects to Gateway Industrial Park and any statewide/local government incentives used and/or available to motivate location decisions by such prospects, including without limitation, sales tax rebate agreements for construction materials.

 

B.   Discuss directing staff to prepare and pursue

      recommendations for location incentive proposals to

     identified  prospects in the Gateway Industrial Park.
